Terms of Service

Nicolaou's Maths is a teaching and assessment support platform. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the role and school account assigned to you.

Teachers remain responsible for reviewing questions, mark schemes, feedback and generated resources before relying on or distributing them.

Do not attempt to access another user's data, bypass security, disrupt the service, automate excessive requests, upload unlawful material or use the platform to harass, discriminate or cause harm.

Students must submit their own work unless a teacher expressly permits collaboration.

You must have permission to upload papers, images and other material. You retain rights in your original content and grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and display it for the service.

Exam-board and third-party materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Generated content may contain errors and is not guaranteed to be unique.

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw features for security, legal, maintenance or product reasons and will give reasonable notice where practical.

The service supports professional judgement; it does not replace it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made without appropriate review of generated material.
